| I studied at La Plata National University, spent one year at the Very Large Array as research assistant, and obtained my PhD focusing on studies about the interstellar medium. After a postdoctoral position at the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil), I became a researcher of CONICET (Argentina), carrying out activities at the Instituto Argentino de Radioastronomia. I also worked as a Professor of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata since 2005. I am a founding member of the group "fringe" (Formation in Radio INterferometry in ArGEntina), and acted as advisor of various PhD and Magister thesis. I am dedicated to the study of the environment of hot, massive stars and galactic energetic objects in general, mainly using radio interferometric data collected from the major facilities worldwide, looking for evidence and information on the acceleration conditions of charged particles to relativistic energies, and aiming at characterizing the radiative properties and acceleration mechanisms. |
