Altenhoff et al. (1994) reported on a variable radio flux potentially pointing to a non-thermal origin, even though Schnerr et al. (2007) classified it as a constant radio source. In addition, the potential non-thermal radio emission might be attributed to a bow-shock between the stellar wind and the interstellar material, as this object is a runaway star candidate.
